For this recipe you will need: 1 pound of organic grass fed beef, 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 egg, 1 medium onion, 2 cups white mushrooms, 3 tsp minced thyme, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tsp chili pepper flakes, 1 tsp minced oregano, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp paleo cooking fat, 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
